Should the User require any information, clarification, or assistance regarding this Product Delivery Policy, Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA provides Customer Service to receive all communications the User may wish to make. Customer Service operates through the communication channels listed below:
(a) by telephone (11) 2085-4622, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm;
(b) by electronic correspondence addressed to the e-mails sac@deuter.com.br ;
(c) by physical correspondence addressed to Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA , with address at Rua Santana de Ipanema, 597 – Room 10, Cumbica, in Guarulhos – SP;
(d) by filling out a form on the website “ www.deuter.com.br” .
Whenever the User contacts any of the customer service mechanisms, they must provide their telephone number and email address so that assistance can be initiated.
In all cases, the User will receive, within 5 (five) days, through the same communication channel, confirmation of receipt of their request, which will be processed and responded to as soon as possible. Furthermore, the User must be aware of the other policies of this website.

Locations served
Delivery services will always be carried out by third parties hired by Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA , preferably through the Post Office or carriers, with coverage throughout the national territory, except in places that are difficult to access or that are not served by the Post Office or logistics network, or even places where it is not possible to deliver for some extraordinary reason. -
Delivery times
During the Purchase process, Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA will provide the Customer with an estimated delivery time for the Products. This estimate takes into account the products purchased, their quantities, available inventory, and the distance between our distribution centers and the delivery address provided by the Customer. The delivery time will be counted from the date of order approval, which may take up to 5 (five) business days after payment confirmation for payments made by credit card and 10 (ten) business days for payments made by other methods. -
Delivery time and scheduling
Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA delivers Products between Monday and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with variations in exceptional circumstances. If the delivery address is located in a condominium, the consumer must inform, at the time of purchase, any delivery time restrictions and the location of the condominium's delivery location, in accordance with existing regulations.
Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA offers scheduled delivery, subject to availability and price, which the Customer can evaluate at the time of purchase. If the Customer chooses scheduled delivery, the delivery date or time cannot be changed after scheduling.

Shipping cost
The shipping cost for Product delivery is automatically calculated by the website at the time of purchase, based on the weight, volume, and quantity of the Products purchased, as well as the distance between our distribution centers and the delivery location specified by the Customer. At its sole discretion, Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA may make special shipping categories available on its website, specific to certain products and locations, either permanently or temporarily. In this case, each category may offer different prices and delivery times, and it is up to the Customer to choose the category that meets their expectations. -
Delivery conditions
Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA will deliver the purchased Products in their original packaging. Considering that Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA 's delivery personnel are not authorized to assemble, install, or disassemble the Products, transport them up stairs or lift them outside the building, or perform any activity other than simply delivering the Product, the consumer must ensure that the dimensions of the Product are compatible with the dimensions of the doors, elevators, passageways, and hallways at the delivery location chosen. In buildings, delivery will be made at the reception area, and the Customer is solely responsible for the storage and transportation of the Products to their floor and unit. For delivery to be completed, the Customer must authorize a person over 18 years of age (friends, relatives, doormen, or other) to receive and inspect the Products and sign the respective delivery protocol. The delivery service does not include any other activity by the delivery personnel, and Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA is exempt from any obligation to install, assemble, disassemble, or test the Products purchased and delivered. -
Refusal to receive
The Customer may and must check the following aspects upon receipt:
(i) if the packaging is open, tampered with or damaged;
(ii) if the Product is damaged during transport, opened, tampered with or used;
(iii) if the Products delivered do not correspond to the Products purchased through the website and/or the invoice; or,
(iv) if the contents of the packaging are incomplete, without parts or accessories of the products purchased.
In case of any discrepancy, the Customer must refuse to receive the Product in question and contact Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA 's Customer Service Department for immediate resolution of the identified problem. If the product is received incorrectly, the Customer may request an exchange only in the cases provided for in the Exchange and Return Policy.

Delivery attempts
Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA will deliver the Products purchased within the established timeframe and to the address provided by the Customer. If Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA is unable to deliver the Products due to the absence of the Customer, an authorized person, time restrictions of the condominium, physical limitations that prevent delivery, or due to the Customer's failure to indicate the correct delivery location at the time of purchase, Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA will make two subsequent delivery attempts. If the three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the purchased Products will be returned to the distribution center, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be issued under the same terms set forth in the Exchange and Return Policy regarding returns due to regret. For scheduled deliveries, only one delivery attempt will be made on the scheduled date and time. If this delivery fails, Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA will contact the Customer to schedule a second delivery attempt. If this second delivery is unsuccessful, the Products purchased will be returned to the distribution center, the order will be canceled and the refund will occur under the same terms set out in the Exchange and Return Policy regarding returns due to regret. -
Several
Order Changes. Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA will not accept order changes (payment methods, quantities, delivery location, date, or time) after the Purchase process has been completed on the Website. -
Delays
Some exceptional circumstances may cause delays in the delivery of purchased Products, such as the indication of an incorrect, incomplete, or non-existent address, or even the occurrence of natural factors (rain, floods) or human factors (strikes, demonstrations, accidents), known as acts of God and force majeure. In these cases, Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA will do its best to keep the Customer informed regarding the issue causing the delay, striving to make the delivery as quickly as possible. -
Withholdings
If the Products purchased are retained by tax authorities due to pending issues with the Customer, Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA will inform the situation immediately, being, however, exempt from the obligation to deliver, since the Products may only be released by the competent authority upon the Customer's appearance. -
Alerts
Ultra Sports Comércio Digital LTDA may send emails or SMS messages, calls to the Customer in order to inform any changes in the delivery process of their order, such as the departure of the products from the distribution center, the movement through the city, the estimated delivery time, possible delays, among others.
